art as a path of Self discovery

Art is one way I work through self discovery, reflection and inner healing. Over time, I’ve begun to notice patterns in my artwork that are a reflection of what I am uncovering in my life and through my internal work. Creativity becomes both a mirror and a method, revealing what lives beneath the surface.
I’m deeply drawn to circles. I see circles and squares as visual expressions of the feminine and masculine. Through this lens, my art explores balance, tension and integration…both within the self and within the larger collective.
I feel in my heart the world
- our civilization- is in the midst of a profound shift, a movement away from the masculine driven patriarchy to a deeper awareness of the divine feminine.
I know this can feel hard to believe, especially when we are immersed in nonstop news, depressing social media and an overabundance of fear throughout the collective consciousness of the planet.

But what if you pause?

What if you turn your attention to your smaller sphere, your own personal world… your own inner civilization?
What if you take a breath. Sit in a quite moment. Notice how you speak to your friends, the checkout clerk at the grocery store, the guy who just cut you off in traffic.
Are your words coming from your heart space? Are you being kind, thoughtful, caring, compassionate?

This is where transformation begins.

Through creative awareness and inner work, we participate in shaping our world. Every thought, every idea, every act of presence matters.
We are POWERFUL BEINGS in this way! Co-creators through consciousness, creativity and choice.

We have the power to create our world with every thought, every idea.
By tending to our inner landscapes, by becoming our own INTERNAL ALCHEMISTS—we contribute to this collective shift.
We stop settling for anything less than LOVE.

Isn’t this why you are here?
The divine masculine and divine feminine are archetypal energies that live within all of us, regardless of gender.
Carl Jung described them as the Animus (the masculine within women) and the Anima (the feminine within men).
My artwork engages these archetypes visually, intuitively and symbolically…inviting reflection, balance and healing through form.

holding space

As you view the artwork below, notice the spaces within the spaces. See if you can sense the Divine Feminine (expressed through circles and organic forms) holding space for the Divine Masculine (represented by squares, structure and lines).
This body of work is titled, “Holding Space : The Sophia of our enlightenment
”. It is an exploration of creativity as a healing language and art as a container for awareness, integration and transformation.
